- The jacket shell is constructed with a combination of 500 denier DuPont Cordura, 500 denier nylon and 1680 denier Ballistic Nylon, all with a Polyurethane coating for durability and water resistance
- A waterproof, breathable barrier provides breathability without compromising the water resistant integrity of the garment
- Jacket Shell interior is lined with a soft polyester mesh for comfort
- A removable zip-out liner with quilting, snap-in cuffs and a chest pocket uses 150g Polyfill insulation in the body and 100g Polyfill in the sleeves to maximize warmth in cold weather riding conditions
- The collar and cuffs are lined with a soft, comfortable and washable Sheepskin leather, the cuff also features a Schoeller® Stretch gusset for increased adjustability
- Waterproof zippered chest vents combine with sleeve vents, rear exit vents and the "Pipeline Ventilation System" to provide a controlled flow of air through the jacket
- The chest vents feature a "Shock Cord Opening System" that maximizes the vent opening with the simple pull of a cord, thus increasing the amount of air inducted into the jacket
- All vents are backed with Tour Master´s own "ARMOR-LINK" mesh to provide maximum airflow while maintaining strength
- Two vertical waterproof zippered chest map pockets, two hand warmer pockets, dual zippered fanny pack plus an interior mobile phone pocket provide ample and functional storage
- YKK zippers throughout feature either TPR or padded zipper pulls for ease of operation
- Durable, Thermo-plastic Rubber logos
- Elbows, shoulders and back are protected with Cortech´s removable Triple Density Armor
- Tour Master has created the first garment to feature a "Pipeline Ventilation System" that allows the combination of a waterproof, breathable barrier and flowthrough ventilation
- Molded reflective patches by 3M in the sleeves and back, along with 360 degree reflective piping and rear arm reflective patches, increase nighttime visibility
- An adjustable forearm strap helps to secure the sleeve and armor in the proper position
- Hook and loop adjustment tabs on the tapered collar and cuff provide ample adjustability for comfortable fit
- Collar anchor snap eliminates "flapping" while collar is open
