Freedom Cycle stocks Ski-doo Pilot 5.7 ski kits. The kit includes 2 black Pilot 5.7 plastic skis (measure approximately 5.5" wide), 2 ski handles, a mounting hardware kit, and 2 carbide ski runners. Each ski is set up to accept the two wear bars, but only the center location is pre-drilled for the included bars. A second set of bars is available for purchase separately. The 2 included wear bars have 4" of 90° angled carbide in the center, and three 1" flat carbide wear pads on the front portion for a long life.
The provided ski pivot bolts are 10 mm diameter, and 16 mm (0.621") outside diameter spacer bushings (fit between ski mounting flanges and slide over bolts) are provided for different applications. This ski kit is designed to fit Ski-doo REV, ZX, and RF chassis snowmobiles, but we have had customers mount them on other makes and model snowmobiles as well. To help determine if these skis will fit on your sled, we have provided a dimensioned diagram of the ski above.
